Who we are
New Vision Holdings was formed by Steve McMillan and A.J. Shikely. Steve and A.J. independently have their own real estate investment companies. Both men, through many discussions, saw that they had the same values and aspirations and decided to form a " New " but same vision, and New Vision Holdings was born.
Through consistently doing what we say and delivering on our promises, New Vision grew in every aspect and saw the need to add to our services and further grow our investor relationships.
Our vision is to simply build the best relationships with fellow real estate investors based on trust, credibility and performance. Service and credibility guide our vision, both with investors and potential home buyers.
We offer many services:
We wholesale our own properties to investors, making sure we provide value and continue to build on our reputation for listing deals where everyone wins...us, the rehabber/investor and ultimately the home buyer.
We list properties for other investors. Through our ever expanding network of investor-buyers, we help other investors move their wholesale deals quickly. We carefully screen the submissions, and will only list properties that pass our own criteria. We have wholesale deals in the Tri-County area (Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade), as well as other areas in Florida.
We renovate properties. We undertake renovations-rehabs ourselves. We take great care in putting an end product on the market that home buyers will be proud to live in. We take pride in the details of the rehab project, addting touches of distinction througout the home.
We provide home ownership through non-bank qualifying. We sell homes to people that may not be able to qualify conventionally for a home loan. If you have good credit and little money for a down payment, or money for a substantial down payment and poor credit, we can most likely help.
